Legal agreement for utilizing the CloudSnoozer cost optimization engine

IMPORTANT: CloudSnoozer is an automated suspension tool strictly designed for staging, QA, and development environments. NEVER connect production API credentials. We are not liable for operational losses arising from user-configured scheduling automations.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using CloudSnoozer, you (individual user or corporate entity representative) agree fully and without reservation to all terms in this document. If you do not agree with any clause, you must immediately stop using the services.
2. Description of Service
CloudSnoozer is an intelligent infrastructure SaaS designed to slash cloud expenses for technology teams. The service provides automated scheduling of snooze (power off) and wake (power on) cycles for Supabase databases and DigitalOcean droplets using secure access tokens generated by the users.
3. Limitation of Liability and Risks
The user explicitly acknowledges that pausing servers causes a temporary outage of the hosted services. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure connected instances do not run critical production workloads. CloudSnoozer is NOT liable for: (i) production downtime caused by connecting production credentials; (ii) temporary outages in official Supabase or DigitalOcean APIs that block on-schedule wakeups; (iii) any database corruption or data loss resulting from application behavior during power cycles.
4. Credential Security (AES-256)
We are committed to securing your cloud credentials. All supplied API keys are encrypted at rest with military-grade AES-256-GCM encryption. Our execution worker utilizes these tokens strictly to execute actions against official cloud endpoints. We never connect to, read, or inspect data inside your servers.
5. Monetization, Subscription, and Refunds
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe Checkout, complying with local purchasing power parity (PPP) dynamics. Upgrading to a paid plan ('Pro' or 'Enterprise') unlocks higher environment capacity. Users can cancel at any time inside the billing section of the dashboard. We offer an unconditional 7-day refund guarantee from the date of the first payment, requested through our support.
6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These terms and all operational transactions of CloudSnoozer are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, fully aligned with international user rights dictated by GDPR and CCPA. The courts of São Paulo, Brazil, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
